Chammy is an energetic little kitten who loves everyone!

She needs action, and if there isn’t enough for her, she’ll make some with whatever she can — whether it’s jumping on another cat to play or gently nibbling the people in her foster family to tell them she wants to move around.

One of her favorite games is to hide on top of the couch or on a piece of furniture, and when a cat walks by, she takes the chance to jump onto them and grab their neck lovingly 🥰. And of course, she does it all with love.

When she wants cuddles, she makes it very clear by kneading and purring loudly. Actually, she purrs as soon as a human gets close to her.

Be careful not to pet her when she’s in “tornado mode,” because she’ll release all her energy onto your arms (especially important for children who may not realize she can play rough at times). She’s very food-motivated (she needs to be put away during family mealtimes, especially because of the food falling from the baby’s high chair). Watch what’s lying around in the kitchen — she’s already eaten bread right through the bag and climbed into a warm pot…

In summary, Chammy will love a home where there’s lots of activity and where there is at least one very active, playful cat. She could likely coexist well with a dog if the dog already likes cats and plays gently with them or tolerates being teased.

Chammy arrived at The Aristopaws in very poor condition — she wasn’t eating, wasn’t drinking, was dehydrated, and extremely lethargic.

CARE INCLUDED: Complete medical examination by a veterinarian, treatment for internal and external parasites, core vaccine and booster, rabies vaccine, microchip, FIV/FeLV test, and spay surgery (ovariohysterectomy).
