Cybelle is an incredibly gentle and calm cat. She enjoys affection and attention, and she has her playful moments too.
She is, above all, an amazing mother — very patient with her kittens. Mont Blanc and Saturnin are especially attached to her, true mama’s boys. However, the presence of another adult cat may be more difficult for her to accept (perhaps she’s still in protective mama mode).
She enjoys the comfort of indoor life, perching somewhere cozy to watch her babies get into mischief, and soaking up gentle pets. She had to get used to little kisses on her forehead — at first she would flinch, but now she doesn’t react at all. Whether she’s learned to enjoy the affection or simply understands that she is safe, she knows she is loved.
Cybelle arrived at The Aristopaws extremely pregnant and living as a stray. She was being bullied by neighborhood cats, and we feared for the survival of her unborn kittens.
