Sage is a beautiful senior cat with a remarkable gift for winning hearts from the very first meeting. Gentle, trusting, and incredibly sweet, she quickly bonds with people and greets everyone with kindness. Even at the veterinarian’s office, she purrs peacefully—proof of her exceptionally calm and loving nature.
A true cuddle enthusiast, Sage will gently nudge your hand whenever she’s hoping for a little affection. She thrives on companionship and would love a home where she can be the center of attention, without having to share her family with other pets.
She’s also quite the little chatterbox! Her slightly raspy voice gives her a unique charm that makes her even more endearing. Sage enjoys cozy places where she can quietly watch the world go by. Her favorite spots are her hammock and cat tree, where she loves birdwatching. At bedtime, she’ll happily settle at the foot of your bed to sleep close to her humans—as long as the bedroom door stays open, because Miss Sage isn’t a fan of closed doors.

SPECIAL NEEDS
Sage has Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and must remain on a strict Royal Canin Anallergenic diet. She currently takes prednisolone (5 mg daily)—½ tablet in the morning and ½ tablet in the evening—which must be given directly by mouth, as she will not take it hidden in food. She also cannot have treats.
A gradual reduction of her medication may be possible, but she may also need to remain on it for life.
Sage is also showing early signs of arthritis and may eventually benefit from treatment such as Solensia injections to keep her comfortable.
CARE INCLUDED
Complete veterinary examination, treatment for internal and external parasites, core vaccinations and booster, microchip, FIV/FeLV testing, and spay surgery.
Declawing is prohibited.
